Although I don’t have any experience in this I can truly feel your pain. As men we are raised to be good providers and it’s assumed that we will take care of their every need including sex but sometimes things don’t always go according to plan. To be hit with financial problems at the same time she’s going away on a trip like this you couldn’t afford to pay for must have been painful indeed. Did you talk to her about your fear of losing her before they left? I’m thinking this is exactly why communication is so very important.
