I feel like I’m living the dream these days. My wife and I spent the weekend together on city break away. It was my 47th birthday on Sunday but we got the celebrations rolling on Friday. We checked into the Novotel Hotel and my wife had told them it was my birthday so they upgraded our room to an executive. Much better appointed and with more space. We decided early on that we do the drinking on the Friday night to get it over and done with and the rest of the weekend could be spent recovering/relaxing.

We have penchant for Rock and heavy metal music so we located the bar that was exclusively rock/heavy metal themed and the drinks started flowing. We talked about our music experiences, dug deeper into the memories about concerts and festivals and what not, until finally, our conversation turned to C. I’m going to cut to the chase here or you’ll be reading all day. My wife mentioned that a friend had confided in her that she had been sleeping with another guy behind her very long term partner’s back. Maybe only 2 or 3 times per year but it had been going on for 5 or 6 years. My wife had obviously talked about what we were doing and her friend offered her some advice. Be careful not to fall in love, because she had herself developed deep feelings for the guy, even though they saw each other very infrequently. What was not infrequent was the messaging between them. This is where my wife began to confess that the feelings she thought she had for C a couple of months back, instead of being put in a box and packed away, had developed further. Especially after their last encounter that included public displays of affection.

My wife went on to explain that she was actually falling in love with C. She told me how it was different to we have as married couple though. She explained that it was like having a girlfriend that she could sleep with and with no regrets or embarrassment after the event. I must tell you before going any further that one of her best friends has slept with my wife on several occasions and there has been no trouble following. It’s just a thing that happens from time to time. They meet up, have a drink, get up to date on their lives, talk turns to kink events that have transpired or are coming up and before they know it, they’re enjoying each other physically. And my wife has likened C to this friend. Someone she can talk with, laugh with, put aside her home life and then have incredible sex with him. Wake up the next day thoroughly refreshed and return home to me. Her loving, doting husband. Her carer, her true confident, her partner in life and soul mate.

My wife went on to consider him as a genuine boyfriend. They were slowly developing into just such a dynamic between them and although she is aware that if he called the sex off, that would be a bullet she would have to bite, she would still consider him a very good friend that she would like to remain in contact with. And just like her female friend that she has slept with, if the occasion was to present itself, she could sleep with him again without fear of condemnation or embarrassment.

All this talk had me very excited and straining in my chastity device. I was so happy, excited and deeply in love with my wife that night. When we returned to the hotel, she released me from my device and edged me several times before we finally went to sleep. The next day we discussed events further. My wife plans on asking C if he would like to go away for a weekend together with her. Maybe a secluded lodge with a hot tub, Friday to Sunday, just the two of them so that they can spend some quality time together without my wife worrying about getting home to me and the kids. They could go to a tourist type location, see sights, take lunch and a restaurant together or whatever. All without the constraint of time hanging around their necks.

Another thing we talked about was the possibility of C not genuinely believing that my wife has a husband that fully on board with her having a boyfriend/lover. So when they next get together, I’m to call my wife to ask her something. Just a brief a call but I’m to say something along the lines of “Sorry to bother you while you are with C” or, “I hope you’re having a nice time with C”, and she will have the volume up so that he hears it.

Going back to the friendship thing, my wife has said that as long as things go good, she has the intention of inviting him to her 40th birthday party next March. For obvious reasons, the public displays of affection are going to have to be curbed for the duration but afterwards, they can retire to a hotel or if we can get our eldest child to go to his grandparents with his younger sister, they can go back to our house to have intimate birthday celebrations.

As we discussed all these things, I was again edged several times, pegged and given a ruined orgasm and then edged some more. What a birthday weekend I had. The best to my memory. And the icing on the cake is that she is seeing C again on Friday night and he is paying for a hotel for them and much closer to our house too.
