I agree with CR, revisit what she liked about the meetings and also what she found exciting about the concept in your initial discussions. Assuming that the guys were not duds and were hopefully charming and romanced her you can talk about how exciting it was for you to see her as a beautiful sexy woman getting the attention she deserves. If she is a mature wife with more time on her hands talk about how you think she deserves to have something special in her life, how attractive and sexy she is, and how exciting it would be for both of you to see that sexiness celebrated.
I think if she got to the meeting stage she will revisit but let her come back to it at her own pace. Good Luck.
