I came across your posting and thought “Thank God for small mercies!! At last, something that I was hunting for”. My experience is limited to taking the wife of a staff. But both of us pretend that nothing is happening and wife lets him know when I’m turning up or when she’s staying back with me. I’m in India, though I travel extensively to UK and US.
