Use of the chatroom implies and infers that the Chat Rules have been read and will be adhered to.

• click a user in online list to DM
• User list is in its own tab on mobile
• image uploads by 🖼 or drag-n-drop in message area

Custom avatar is bugged right now but I’m working on it.
