Hi, I read this with interest and some element of surprise and worry. Emily talks about disgust for James, which I find disturbing as it is probably real and may actually apply to to other cuckold situations if not all. I know the word may be taken out of context but disgust is a word used to describe something generally not acceptable a sort of piece of unacceptable dirt, the sort of feeling you might get when you enter a dirty environment, usually one created by humans or even badly kept animals. I hope the word is taken out of context. I hope Emily means that she is frustrated with James or was in that she married what she thought was a man by her definition i.e. assertive, perhaps arrogant, and a good deal selfish. These desires may say more about Emily than James. In all this general cuckolding there is emerging a form of sexism which would not be acceptable if layed on females. Women have very rightly moved from the image of them as passive submissive homekeepers and mothers into corporate warriors on equal with men in many circles. This is good of course as there are as many different types of woman as there are types of men. However Emily seems to suggest that a man must be assertive, aggressive a taut arrogant and even selfish to be sexually attractive and James dose not weigh up. Some men are of course as are some women I am attracted to dominant women but I am not disgusted, far from it by submissive homemakers. If a woman is submissive and a homemaker and kind and considerate to boot I would love her and love her dearly.
