Same here, looking for great tactics to use to promote action beyond simple fantasy.  Others PLEASE contribute tactics you suggest:

1) Get her comfortable thinking about other men.   My wife isn’t looking for physical attributes, she’s looking for emotional attributes to make her feel comfortable with another man.   That means she needs to first become friends with other men.  Promote this.

2) Get your girlfriend or wife to talk to you about previous lovers.  Get them to describe the situations in great detail.  This will cause her to understand you truly find this arousing, and get her to relive those experiences in her mind.   This reminds her that other man can give her sexual pleasure.

3) Re-enact those great sexual situations your wife had with previous lovers.   Wear the same cologne that her x wore.  Dress like he used to dress.  Make love to her the way he used to.   Have her call you his name when you make love.  Have her pretend it’s his cock.   My wife struggles with this. 

4) Be clear that you are interested in her screwing around, but you have no interest in screwing around.   Be VERY clear with her that this is not a request for an open relationship.  Freedom for her only, obedience to her by you.   This takes time and constant reminders.

5) Give her the control you promised.  Go where she wants to go, and do what she wants to do.  Trying to force her seems to have slowed her down. 

6) Encourage anonymity.  Don’t attempt this with her co-worker which would have complications if things go poorly.  This makes it much harder because women desire close friendships to feel comfortable.   Expect it will take months…not hours or days.  Tennis partner, bowing team, friend from an old company, or high school.  Encourage her to make friends on facebook with old friends from college or high school.
