The criticism of matmagic and blueopals comes down to “what if there is a disabled child?” A disabled child is always a heartbreaking event, but is there some suggestion that a disability would be more likely if the child is conceived by the bull rather than the husband? There isn’t any reason to think this is true. Why would the risk to the child be greater than if it were conceived by the woman’s husband?

Second, is there a suggestion that the child, healthy or disabled, would be less loved by the husband? Do we think that adoptive children are less loved by their parents? This is the child of the cuckold’s beloved wife and the man she has chosen to be her mate. Why wouldn’t the cuckold love this child as much as he would love any child that he conceived and she birthed? Legally and emotionally, every child born to a wife is her husband’s child.

There seems to be some cuckold-shaming going on here. About 10% of children born today are not biologically related to their mother’s marital partner, and this percentage has probably been this large or larger for as long as humans have existed as a species. There is nothing unnatural in this, except in the prejudices of the conventionally-minded.
