I was diagnosed with diabeties 2 years ago and recently due to neouropathy i can no longer get an erection. We have tried ED medication, pumps and other enhancements but nothing is working. I am resigned to the fact that i can no longer have sex with my wife and she craves penetration daily. I have given her permission to bring other men into the bedroom to meet her sexual needs but we would like to ask somebody with experience some questions in regards to how we can make this happen? I doubt she would have any trouble getting a mans interest as she is very atractive at 40 years old. I would also like to ask if this could affect our relationship moving forward?
