Looking to Move From Fantasy To reality

My wife and I have been fantasizing and roleplaying with the idea of her taking a lover for several years now.  We both really enjoy the fantasy and it has brought many nights of fun and pleasure.  I am now trying to find a creative, fun and fun dominant male for the two of to chat with.  We have chatted with one guy and he was a total dud.  Hoping to find someone who understands the psychology of both an inexperienced wife who is afraid of how ths could hurt our marriage and a somewhat scared husband who does not want to be too embarressed.
