Yes, she needs to pick who she wants, of course, BUT you cannot just sit on your ass and let her do everything on her own. You need to help! For example, talk to her about if there are any black men at her work that she might like. Or show her some picks of some black men at YOUR work or that you know and she if their appearance is something she likes.

Find out from her what kind of black guy she would be attracted to, such as aggressive, or laid back, or thug, or business type or shaved head or whatever. Start looking for black guys like that.

In other words, help her. Make it happen. If you just sit there doing nothing, it may never happen.
