My interpretation of what guma34567 said:
He is 47 years old and not a cuckold yet but he is trying to persuade his wife to cuckold him. guma says that his wife has a lot of sexual needs and guma feels that those needs can only be met if she has another man, in addition to himself, to satisfy her. If there was another man (bull) then guma would act as the helper.
