The old saying “the dose makes the poison” is simply true. Too much action around sex makes it normal, makes things ordinary, and eventually just boring. Too little, on the other hand, eventually makes you feel like you’re sitting alone in a pit from which you can’t escape, and can only ever see the blue sky above.
It’s all in the middle.
