It’s actually true that a cuckold’s brain rewires itself. As others have written here: this isn’t real ED but a nod to a cuckold’s true sexual destiny. If the OT used to be a stag or wife sharer, then a threesome certainly didn’t pose any major problems for him. But now he’s probably evolved into a cuckold 🙂
