The image/media uploads for your profile are not for random images off the Internet. Some limited exception can be expected based on context and whether the addition has benefit to the community, but this is likely to be a very rare exception.
I will delete content I feel adds no value to the site, especially in cases where it’s clearly just random content found online. If such uploading continues by the member, I will delete their membership as well.
The point of allowing media uploads to your profile is primarily to enable you to share and have personal control of your own content and to self-verify.
This means posting an image or images which demonstrate your image is you by including a hand-written note or display of writing on the body to indicate it was taken for this site and this purpose. Provided these standards are met, I will add the ‘verified’ tag to your chat name display once I’ve seen it and feel it meets the standard.
When sharing/uploading photos, ensure you have cleaned them of meta data. If you’re not familiar with this, do a search on image privacy meta data to be sure you have removed things like location data if that matters to you.
