New to chastity

I just got a new chastity device.  its a cheaper version of the cb6000s.  it feels great on me.  I tried another metal one but it was too big and heavy and slipped off plus it allowed me to get 3/4 erect.  new one seems to fit perfect, is lightweight and doesn’t appear like there is any possible way it will slip off.  my only concern is that the metal lock makes a lot of noise bouncing against the plastic cage.  I have tape around it which reduces the noise a little but I can still hear it when I walk.  does anyone else have a tip for how I can make the chastity silent so that the lock wont make a sound when I walk
