Three get me every time when I used to be present:

breeding has been on my wife’s mind for last few months,,im not able to give her the off spring she wants

i can sure agree with the odd obsession of feeling naked and uneasy when uncaged. It can be off for a week or 2 but will eventually give me a restless night. Luckily i can just put it back on and get back to bed and relieved, doze off.
