It sounds like you're off to a pretty good start, and that she is open to the idea. Be careful setting things up behind her back though. Even though it went ok this time, if she ever found out I imagine she would see it as a betrayal of her trust, and trust is what this is all about. Since it seems she's open to the fantasy, why not start playing with that? Bring it up while you're messing around and see how it goes.
