I agree with LuvsItWet  that a chastity device is needed to control your urges.  Suggest this to your wife and let her choose which one is best for you.   Remember the mind is a strong and powerful aphrodisiac and thinking of what she doing on her date will make it all the more erotic when she comes home to you.  Maybe even a reward system after she lets you out from your 'caging'.  Remember, masturbation is the weak way out.
