Longer term care?

I have not worn chastity cages for long periods of time maybe 24 hours @ most mostly for play and occasionally when wife went out with friends or to work. My wife is now playing with the idea for a little longer time.

I now sit in a rubber cage for about 24 hours. I recently shaved. My main concern is one chaffing around ring ( (lotion?) and already a lot of pre-cum leakage?
