What you two need to do is discuss everything. Be open and honest about what you fear, what you want, and what you think the results will be. Do it together as a team effort.
There is little advice that anyone can give you because every couple is different with varied insecurities and struggles. It may seem odd, but no one knows the answers better than you two do.
It may be you are looking for encouragement to help give you confidence to enter the lifestyle officially. To help remove doubts and settle your fears.
One of the easiest and best ways to start this is to forget you are a cuckold couple. Go to a club or a bar, and you the husband pretend to just be her friend. Or better, her gay friend. This way other men will not think she is off limits. Have her meet new people. There is no problem if things don’t go well the first time.
Have her get used to meeting new men and flirting. Exchanging numbers etc. Then just let nature take its course.
Many times the first time happens without the husband being present. The wife needs to regain her sea legs. When she is more comfortable in the atmosphere again, then you take it to the next level.
