My wife might be starting again

I’ve posted a few times before just to share my experiences with my wife beginning her adventure to be with other men. This is the first one that I actually ask for feedback or opinions or ideas. When my wife first started sleeping with another man, we were both overseas, she was not happy with our marriage, plus I basically dared her to experiment and find a man who is better in bed than me. I was surprised to find out just how bad in bed I was. My wife would carry on a two month affair before we both came back from our separate duty locations. My wife learned a lot from that guy, she performs better, and since I want to do better and compete, I perform way better now. My wife and I are living together with our daughter and we have a normal life again. But recently I noticed that my sexual interest isn’t the same when she isn’t with someone else. My performance isn’t great, and I don’t look forward to it as much. I told her I want her to find another man that she can have on the side, I haven’t exactly layed out all of the cuckold fantasy stuff with her, but she knows she can sleep around. But she isn’t the type to sleep with just anyone, and she needs to have feelings for the person first. I don’t want to tell my wife exactly that I want her to cuckold me and how to do it. The reason im writing is that she found somebody who is a good potential. She hung out with him last night, they are hanging out again Sunday. I don’t know if or when anything will happen between them. She seems to like him but the problem is that he lives in the same apartment complex and he works in the same building as me. My wife and I work for the same company but different buildings.

I just don’t know how to handle knowing that this guy might be sleeping with my wife and I have to see him almost everyday in the work environment.   I have a fantasy to watch my wife with another man but I don’t think im like a lot of cuckolds who take active roles during their lovemaking. i don’t think I could ever suck another guy or lick another guy’s cum off my wife.
