Taz, while cuckold castration is not common, it certainly does happen. In most countries, it is illegal unless for medical reasons.

Castration involving men is usually a surgical process (not banding as banding is very painful). Surgery requires somebody who really knows what they are doing, not a layman. An inexperienced layman doing the surgery can result in serious if not life threatening complications, which is the reason it is not so common.

There are a lot of wives and girlfriends and often times cuckolds who do want him castrated. My own wife will have me castrated at some point. I accept it but want to keep my balls as long as possible. However, wanting and actually doing are two different things. You have to know someone with excellent medical background, such as a veterinarian, who is willing to do it.
